How do we rate open decks?

"OPENED/DECK LIKE NEW" - Exactly like it sounds.  Edges are still brand new bright, probably in like new order.  Looks barely handled, if ever.  Passes the SoCal Fan test perfectly.

"OPENED/DECK EXCELLENT" - Decks shows very minor signs of handling.  Very slight discoloration on edges.  Used on a few occasions.  Passes the SoCal Fan test, but not perfectly.

"OPENED/DECK VERY GOOD" - Deck was loved for a bit, edges have obvious discoloration, but not what I would call dirty.  Perhaps with some fanning powder, a second life?
